Welcome to Quinta Alegre. We present you our reservation regulation, in the sense that we can serve you in the best way.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1-  The terms and conditions contained in this document apply to the relationship between the potential guest, hereinafter referred to as Customer, and Quinta Alegre, from the moment of the reservation request until the end of the period of stay.

2-  By reading this document, you agree to have become aware of and bound by these Terms and Conditions, and everything that is not described here, Portuguese law in force will apply.

RESERVATIONS

1- Reservations are only possible for groups of 10 or more people.

2- Minimum stay of 5 nights.

3- The holder of the reservation must be at least 18 years old.

4- The reservation must specify the number of guests.

5- Long-term stays are allowed, always under budget and availability request.

6- Event reservations are allowed, such as weddings, birthdays, baptisms, communions, bachelor parties, gatherings, business meetings, etc., up to a maximum capacity of 80 people.

BOOKING FORMS

1- Reservations can be made by phone ( +351 914118146 ), email ( quintaalegre.lagoa@gmail.com ), through our Facebook page, and through the airbnb.pt booking engine.

2- Reservations by phone, email, Facebook page are subject to availability.

3- Booking requests made directly on the websites of tour operators or booking websites are not binding and do not oblige you to enter into a final contract with the client.

4- Quinta Alegre reserves the right to refuse reservations at its sole and discretionary discretion.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1- Reservations made are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation.

2- Confirmation of the availability of the reservation will be confirmed by telephone and sent by email, accompanied by the regulation of the accommodation.

3- To confirm the booking, the respective payment must be made by bank transfer and proof sent to quintaalegre.lagoa@gmail.com , accompanied by the name, address, contact number and NIF.

4- By replying by email, sending the data and proof, you are automatically agreeing with the accommodation and reservation regulations at Quinta Alegre, it being understood that you have read and agreed to them.

5- Failure to pay the amount within 48 hours of confirming availability implies automatic cancellation of the reservation.

6- Reservations for illegal or immoral activities are not accepted.

7- The guest whose name is on the booking confirmation email will be responsible for the behavior of the entire group and agrees to avoid any and all illegal activities.

8- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by adults at all times during their stay.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

The condition for canceling the reservation depends on the advance notice of the respective communication:

1- If it is up to 60 days before the check-in date, there will be a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

2- If it is between 60 and 30 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

3- If it is within the 30 days prior to check-in, there will be no refund.

4-If the group does not show up on the day of the reservation, it is considered a “no-show”, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

5- The concept of force majeure is understood as any event beyond the control of the Parties, of an unpredictable and insurmountable nature, which prevents the Client or Quinta Alegre from fulfilling all or part of the obligations set forth in the contract. Cases of force majeure or fortuitous events are those usually recognized by the jurisprudence of the Portuguese courts.

6 - Neither party may be liable to the other in the event of breach of its obligations as a result of an event of force majeure.

7- It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for both parties, the performance of their reciprocal obligations and that each party must bear the resulting costs.

8- The group already installed can interrupt your stay without the right to reimbursement

​PRICES

1- Prices vary between high season and low season.

2- High season is considered the period from 1st June to 30th September, the rest of the season is considered low season, except New Year's Eve.

3- Reservation prices will be fixed in January of each year and the updated price list will be available on the Quinta Alegre website, at www.quintaalegrealgarve.com.

4- Prices for events are always subject to consultation.

5- The prices shown are merely informative, and may change during festive seasons and the eve of holidays.
